Development of second generation C-frame

Second generation was the ACF (Aligned C-Frame). The ACF was designed to compensate for the errors by building in a kind of intelligence in the structure itself. In an ACF the misalignment and angular errors is near zero, i.e. the need for a stiff design is no longer there. The weight saving compared to conventional frame is often more than 50% and the joining quality is equal or higher.
